Congratulations on taking the first steps toward growth and change. I am proud of you for deciding to open the door to deeper self-awareness and honored to accompany you in finding your own pathway to healing.
Through our life journeys we all at some time come upon a juncture in the road, wondering which path to take, or even, if we can continue on any further. We may find ourselves confused and overwhelmed….stuck and sensing something has to change....but what?
You may be coming to counseling seeking help with a specific problem/concern. Or maybe you are experiencing a sense of just not knowing where to turn or what to do next. Whatever has brought you to this juncture in your life journey, that you are here means you are ready to seek new answers and forge ahead.
People often find themselves struggling with old, limiting thoughts and beliefs. Frequently, we don’t even realize these thoughts and beliefs may be holding us back. As you explore what is your truth, you will see new ways of being, allowing growth, change and healing to take place and transform.
